So far it's working great. I'm using it on my OnePLus 9 (non-pro) with Omega Kernel and I'm not seeing any issues. The only thing I had to do was go into FKM and change the TCP congestion algorithm to BBR from Westwood.

Ya would recommend to keep TCP congestion to BBR in this mod if you don't mind.

I didn't save my kernel. I don't know if my stock kernel matches your, if yes. Please be kind and post your kernel backup.

Are you on FHD display?
When we select FHD mode that is when we come to a smaller resolution than the default (QHD) in blur effect when we pull down status bar, background blur resolution is decreased by more pixels and we get that strange thing but that's ok.

About fix- Any causes made by Blur cannot be fixed by my end and it's an Android 11 thing. That can be fixed by Software update only if they do in future updates. Because that blur effect is integrated by Google only on Android 11 but never enabled till now as it is in test mode maybe.
In my mode, I have just triggered that blur effect to come out.

Yes.
Settings>System>Developer Options>Enable Blurs
Or in Settings just search- blur

Note: You can only find this option in settings when ButterLimits is installed.

3 points for you my friend-

1. My motive is to keep it Universal and stable as much as possible. So I will not add V4A in ButterLimits for OOS11

2. I have not added other some mods because that can be installed seperately. And each user has it's own choice.

3. Size of the package.

So after a lot of testing and calibration, it turns out part of the smoothness of this mod is because it's overclocking the GPU constantly. This is definitely eating away at my battery. Is there a way to tweak this so that the GPU stays at 315, instead of 608, as it should?

Well, There is no tweak that can overclock your device's GPU.

And you are wrong that "it turns out part of the smoothness of this mod is because it's overclocking the GPU constantly".
It's wrong assumption.
It's the values and features that are mentioned in OP (That's lots of work and really hard work brother). Common, you can't say like that.

All important-less ****s (including logs) will be removed after ButterLimites and will do again after every 24 hours and after each reboot.

You can find ButterLimits log in your phone internal storage in a file called butterlimits.log

Please check OP carefully.
ButterLimits is mainly a collection of Kernel/CPU Tweaks, that you can't see with eyes but can feel by using your device day to day.
In Addons, it also contains that Blur Feature and some sound feature (that also can't be seen with eyes but can feel or hear while listening music or whenever your device make sound from speaker or in headphones.

Please don't mind but you seems to be very very noob (as Your question is like a foolish question). But that's ok. Everyone was a noob some day including me.
