Yes, you have to use the Nougat file. Simply flash it in recovery.Hi, have issues with my wifi and would like to try this mod.
I'm on OOS 4.5.15 on my Oneplus 5. Assuming I need to use the Nougat file. How do I flash the file? I thought I could find the module in Magisk Manager but I can't find it. Please advise.
Hmm, that's weird. But yes, that's a good idea, something must be wrong on your side. This didn't work. Still have issues with both FB and Viber on wifi connection. Don't get this. Anyway, I will not spend any more time on this but simply when I have my new device at hand I will wipe my OP5 and install Oreo.
Both works, but I still suggest to flash this mod. If something goes wrong for you, you simply can uninstill the mod in Magisk Manager.Hi can I flash v4 with TWPR or just change with Root Explorer? I'm on 1+ 5T OB9
Hey mate! Firstly, Helix Engine technically hasn't stopped using the tweaks, it's just a matter of how they are built-in, and this needs some more time and development, as HE won't use any scripts anymore, as this isn't he most efficient method. Therefore, for now, only some core tweaks are implemented, but once my mate @ZeroInfinity finishes his exams, he will work on this further and HE will get some new cool updates for sure@RogerF81 Hey mate, hope you're doing good! Just wanted to drop in with a quick (off-topic) question. I've been using your Soilworks tweaks for a long time now (the last battery variant that was included with Helix Engine before it stopped using the tweaks). Just wanted to know is there already/are you planning an update/refresh for that script?
As a side note, many custom HMP kernels (I use Flash Kernel) are now also starting to include dynamic schedtune boost btw. So if you ever get around to update Soilworks, do take into consideration this as well. Thanks!![]()
Oh, I thought Helix Engine now only defined the max/min frequency values on the big/little cores based on the app. Thanks for correcting me! Nonetheless, sent you a PM. Looking forward to trying out updated Soilworks!Hey mate! Therefore, I don't want to share them, but if you want to try them, send me a PM and I will message you a link to them

That's pretty much it if you want to enable channel bonding on 2.4 GHz frequency as well. I do the same too without any issues.so basically is Open WCNSS_qcom_cfg.ini file
Find line "gChannelBondingMode24GHz=0"
Change "gChannelBondingMode24GHz=0" to "gChannelBondingMode24GHz=1"
or is somenthing else? @joshuous @RogerF81

I assume this doesn't work on O right? If so you should probably rename it.Today, Google surprisingly released Android 9.0 aka Pie! And the /vendor/etc/wifi files now changed a bitAccording to the changes, here is a new release of my mod.
Enjoy!
Works great here on open beta 15 OOSI assume this doesn't work on O right? If so you should probably rename it.
