The issue with these apps occurs in the newer versions because of the dodgy pop up adds.
That's why I use the older versions with no adds

I think I found the bug, the installed apps in these mods are very old, so they corrupt the system.

Remove the module.
Use zarchiver to delete the apps you don't want from the module
Reinstall the module
