Hi, I'm on N20U v3.5, and am having trouble with the hide magisk app option; I use it because although I hide some apps from root, so that they work, I need to use the hide magisk app option on some apps, because some apps won't work, even if I use magisk hide. The thing is it isn't working, and I don't know if it's because safety net is working correctly or how I can fix this. Have already updated to latest Magisk, but still Magisk hide won't work. The only rom that always has Magisk working ok, is Dr Ketan. If someone could please give a fix for Magisk, will greatly appreciate it, because Safety Net doesn't work either, and it's a shame because I really like this rom, but can never use it because Magisk never works right, at least for me.

You've been given the fix enough times and the issue is not even related to this Rom, just the magisk being used.

I'm sorry it wasn't my intention. It's just that I tried the fix and it didn't work FOR ME. I didn't mean to imply there was something wrong with the rom. I mostly think that there's some step that I'm doing wrong, which is why the hide magisk app isn't working correctly for me.

I just wanted to let you know, that from watching Youtube videos on the magisk fix, I finally managed to fix the issue I had with the hiding magisk app option, and now the rom works flawlessly. Just wanted to apologise again if at any time you felt I was spaming you, it was never me intention, I was just anxious because I couldn't get it to work right, when it was working ok for everyone else.

Hi All - Been away for a couple of weeks working on this update but happy to say all is sorted now (apologies it's a bit late lol)

V3.6 changelog:

- Main big change is that install options are now taken care of by the (now renamed) MASTER MODULE - you will be presented with your installation options on the first zip you install - these will then be picked up by the ROM MODULE that will automatically flash the relevant features selected in the MASTER MODULE flash.

- Rebased to DUDA - (next update will probably just be a rebase as new June firmware will be here v soon)

- Magisk v23 installed

- I have included the Audio Modification Library module for until they sort V4a out. The process to get v4a working is:

1 - Activate the AML module in magisk and reboot then when rebooted into system start v4a and install drivers (it will reboot)

2 - on reboot, disable the AML module and then reboot system once more

3 - when rebooted to system, start v4a and reinstall the drivers

4 - v4a should be functional after reboot

Ok had to take a month out as the Mrs has been diagnosed with MS so i have not had the time to even look at the N20U thread unfortunately.

I am working on v3.8 (3.7 wasn't even finished lol) and will have this out in next few days.

I need to activate SElinux in permissive mode but I can't do it, it always remains in enforcing mode.
