It is the Asia/Taiwan Dual SIM Variant. htc_imedugl: 2Q5510000, CID: HTC__621, version-main: 2.47.709.1. (after latest OTA to Version 2.50-709.3 within the OS).

I'm in Los Angeles, so I am not overseas. Which FW versions do you think I should flash to be able to get one of these ROMs working?

I am desperate here as this is my everyday phone and my HTC10 has the notorious battery problem. So, will the latest .401 DUGL Firmware work fine to be able to flash this ROM and have VoLTE/IMS etc. working?

**UPDATE** -- So, your instructions worked perfectly, though it was not too easy to find the HTC_DevInfo_Tool, but I found it and changed the CID to match the .401 RUU now. I flashed HTC_Europe_2.55.401.1 as you suggested and everything works, INCLUDING being able to install this LeeDroid ROM, except for VoLTE/IMS/WiFi Calling etc. as you also previously mentioned on these .401 versions.

I found a fix in this thread here and applied the edits to the files: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=78252551&postcount=1

So VoLTE/WiFi Calling/IMS are registered when I go to the dialer and input the MMI code *#*#4636#*#* and then look at the IMS Registration.

The 4G icon at the network signal bars only displays 4G, but I found the LeeDroid Tweak to make that display LTE and also for VoLTE to display. The only place I notice that the Network Type says "4G" only Settings>System>About Phone>Network "Mobile Network Type: 4G".

So my question is, did I just tweak the GUIs within the ROM to just display LTE, or am I REALLY on VoLTE/IMS?

I attached screenshots of how everything I described looks!

I'm VERY curious to see what your opinion is!

Has anyone had any issues with the HTC camera after updating the phone to the latest HTC official build? First I tought that it could be the Leedroid module ( I've used leedroid for years on several phones without issues and found it a bit strange to be a module issue )
I have disabled it but the issue remains.
When taking pictures, it randomly saves a corrupt file, so, I loose that picture. it happens when saving either to internal memory or sd card. also tested with another sdcard. This doesn't happen if using any other camera ( for example, google camera or any other available on playstore )
This lead me to believe that the problem is with the htc camera software itself.
Any ideas or proper alternatives that are as decent or better than the htc camera app?

Hey everyone! I recently got my U12+ and have been trying to update it to pie. The OTA fails every time saying the update was corrupted. I've been searching all day tying to find the stock pie rom, to manually install, but to no avail. Is there a thread that has all the stock firmware for the U12+? Thanks!

Hello, in the section of guide , news and discussion of the u12 you will find it. With your software number you will know what variant you have and need to flash.

I looked again and the new link was posted further into the thread. What is the difference between the Asia rom and the us unlocked? I have a Taiwan model but I'm using it in the states. Will the US version be better for me? Are the radio bands different?

I Suggest you to change it for the europe international version is the much used. I am in Canada and is work fine. Is 2.55.401.1. You will need to change the CID.

Installation

Before installation, please make sure you have a STOCK boot.img on standby & you are running the latest Android Pie release with Magisk installed.

If you end up in a no boot scenario:

1. Reboot to bootloader (Power > Vol- after the vibration)
2. fastboot boot stock_boot.img
3. Create a file on your internal storage called "removerom"
4. Reboot
5. Uninstall the remainder of the module in Magisk Manager

The above will remove the contents of /system from the ROM module and correct any troubles you may face.

Installation:

1. Drop the zip on your device/sdcard
2. Open Magisk Manager
3. Go to "Modules" in the side menu
4. Hit the "+" button
5. Find the module.
6. Reboot
7. PROFIT!

I don't think there is a guide, actually I don't think is even possible to do it on your own, if it was that easy there would be guides all over xda, if you want to stay up to date with security patches the best way is to install a GSI on your device or get a Google phone AKA Pixel

Yeah I already using Pixel experience.

But the HTC pro mode in camera isn't working like I want. I can't take longtime shoot's.

Tried today and the link worked ok.

Unfortunately tried to install from on newest image 401.3 what generated couple of problems. Don't do that.
