there is now also a magisk module available which runs perfect:

Can also be found and downloaded/installed directly in the magisk repo in magisk app.

you can use th VR compatibility module in combination with my updated magisk " Daydreambypass " plugin for Oreo ( https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=70470454&postcount=1 ) for a full daydream apps compatibilty on your Oneplus. If you are a black bar or other screen bugs disable the motion latency in daydream developer options
