Guys....
Here is my first thread and this is my latest works, tested and tried....
So, I bring to you all, two different Splash Screen's for your RN4 ....
Now, you can replace the boring MI logo, when you switch on your mobiles...

Prerequisites to install this-

1. Download the mod and save it to your Internal Storage...
2. Boot into your custom recovery.... I used TWRP...
3. Install the Mod... Clear Dalvik Partition..... Reboot your device and then see the magic...

SO, I HAVE TWO VERSION HERE....
You can choose between a WHITE logo over a BLACK screen or a Black logo over the White Screen....
