@octaedro7 you are right, you cannot enter the app until you've been in the connection setup and clicked the tick icon, if connection setup is n ot working uninsttle it and reinstll the one from market palce, and after youve accepted the conn setup settings go in the U2m7720.

actually, I did manipulations, for me in 7720 official, but could not unlock with config connection..!
but I have not thought to uninstall and install again config connection..!
I should try again to see if it is ok...!
you'r unlock now..?

I have run the Connection setup when indicated to no avail. The provisioning was completed but still the phone is locked

I've followed your advice:
Now I have uninstalled Connection Setup and to my surprise it's not available on the HTC apps in the Marketplace
So now my phone is locked and I don't have the connection set up

I successfully upgraded to official Mango but keep unlocked following this guide:

So I have an hd7 I had developer unlocked on nodo. i used a side load tool to get past that.

I am updated to mango now with the provision file in place. If i removed my side load apps and get back under the limit, Can I install this app and run the provision from it? The htc connect tool isn't available anymore so i cant do it that way.

Because of Problem with 3G networks HTC disabled Connection Setup but it's now back in market i'm tryin' to unlock with this new Connection Setup now I'll post a reply after I finish

Holy crap it works! I just installed the new connection setup from the marketplace and ran it and was able to deploy HTC Sound Enhancer app and it works! huzzaahhh

sadly while I can deply advanced config and registry editor it crashes. I suppose cause the HTC update broke things...
