Recently I bought this phone at first I had some display issues but after updating to latest miui and after reset issues gone

Still I have one issue while opening some apps, there is a second touch on screen along with original touch

Manufactured on 10-2018 NVT

Changed my Digitizer because of broken glass 2 weeks ago.
Builddate printed on the inlay of the display is 2019/02

Device Info HW says fts_ts
Last Beta 9.6.27

No Ghost Touches or strange behaviour - everything is working well.
The old digitizer had Ghost Touches with the same Firmware, but I don´t know the type.

Hey there, do you still face ghost touch after replacing your tp with fts, i am planning to replace mine too with fts tp since there are no nvt available

Since I bought my Pocophone F1 I noticed some pixel issues with the phone. I’m not really sure what the problem is but it looks to be possible dead pixels. There are around 20+ pixel which are affected randomly around the screen. They vary in colour and brightness and are most noticeable when the screens brightness is turned up and there is a dark background.
Does anyone have this issue?

That won't fix it because the issue is present before the OS boots. When the Pocophone branding shows up you can see it so it is most likely a screen issue. When I have time I'll take a photo or video. Don't think most pixels will show up well though.

That pocophone screen is still due to ROM. Did you tried other boot screen?
Yes, it can be hardware that's for sure! But ehh, try it in recovery too

But the pocophone screen occurs before recovery. Either way it still has the issue in recovery.

Replace the screen, what kind of screen is it now? I had before I cracked mine NTS-FS and now after I've changed it is FTS-TS and it's better. Polaroised sunglasses can see portrait but not landscape.

Does mhz clocking efect batery life? Also what you been using to achive that?

It DOES, but very minimally. I compiled my own kernel for it.

I have 2018-09 NVT-ts. So far, I haven't encountered any screen related issue. Pubg too, runs smoothly.

I have nvts Panel and no touch issues but my problem is that scrolling feels not good on most ROMs, I think i need the right vendor + kernel combination

The only issue on my device is any other custom kernel can not work properly. It presents with very big bugs, crashes, freezes etc. Seems that stable MIUI (EU or not) works the best.

Well it was fun while it lasted. I guess I should have waited a month after I got my phone to make those comments. On Evo X with Optimus Kernel with latest vendor and the ghost touches and freezes are insane. Idk if this is firmware or hardware but for a month since I got the phone I had no problems. 2019.1 FTS display. What a bummer I thought getting the phone late might help

Do I have to keep the ROM or is it just for some vendor purposes? I like Evo X and wish to keep it but thanks for the tip
