Many apps can't install!

What's the problem with oneplus? My model is hd1900
The list:
GasBuddy
Randalls
The flight tracker

Why do you blame oneplus? All those install fine on my hd1905.

solved this problem. It turns out the H2o not work in US, upgraded to the 10.0.7 OOS. All those can be installed.

H20 is Chinese firmware I believe that's probably why

Or he meant h2o wireless. Instructions unclear
