Maps Navigation keeps adding a city that is 400 miles away to my route.. Why??

Anyone having any issues with Maps Navigation? Maps finds my location just fine. However, if I want to navigate somewhere, it keeps adding Houston (4 hours away from me) to the route even though my destination is right down the street.

I've tried clearing data, cache, rebooting, fixing permissions. Any other suggestions?

Just tested with Waze and it doesn't add Houston. What the?
