I think we all agree on this right and are on the same page on this..

Or is their still some fanboys left who think we will have even close to 25% of the apps/games that andoid and Iphone market have??

37400 apps with 16% having trial would be 43000 by Android/iOS standards (you'd get "lite" versions instead of trial). It's not a bad number, and it's growing. There was a slump pre-Mango, but the pace is fast again.

Of course, numbers aren't everything. There are categories with very poor selection such as offline navigation or instant messaging, no support for additional audio/video codecs, and total lack of graphics heavy games. Other than that, and niche single-purpose apps, I'd say WP7 has most bases covered.

I personally have everything I had on the iPhone. And I'm talking about dozens of apps here.

Dead Grave? I don't think so. I have all the apps I need, even loads of games. Gotta admit though that it depends on people's needs. And yeah, iPhone and Android have better games available so far, but I'm convinced it will change once Windows Phone gains more marketshare.

I can count the number of apps I've rated and reviewed on 2 hands. I've tried many times that.

That said, I doubt its a lack of interest. It's a lack of user base, which is something we all know is currently an issue on the platform.

A lot of people don't rate or review, but a ton do. The ratings and reviews matter.

The app store is an absolute mess. I thought the Android market was a wreck - it looks like an online Crate and Barrel store compared to Microsoft's Market Place.

I am sure All About Boobs is a fine and useful app but does it really need to be listed a couple of pages before you find Yelp, Dictionary or CNN?

Look at the ratings and reviews. There are apps, but there aren't any users.
I know you just can't help but dig at Windows Phone, can you.

To take you literally, no one has any of the apps, right?

Windows Phone just cannot win in the App department
First it was no apps.
Then it was a bunch of crap apps.
Next excuse was apps are too expensive.

Now its that no one is getting the apps. Get busy livin' or get busy dyin'.

Are you really that terrible a troll? At present we have about 1/8th of the current android market. However, we have more than double what either other OS had after it's first year. Can we please make an I.Q. test a requirement for joining these forums?
The fact that we have more doesn't mean anything. The market and number of developers out there is 100* what it was back then.

Its not the quantity of appsbthat count. Its developer support, quality, and what apps specifically that counts.

And there is quality develop support and quality apps, as well as crap apps that appear in ALL stores but somehow only the WP7 store is singled out for having crap apps. No surprise there.
