I had such a thing that the phone was not flashing, although the drivers were installed correctly.
Can you take me a screenshot of the device manager with a connected phone?

What happened to the device? Why are you flashing it?

I had a problem, my device stopped turning on, and somehow does not respond to attempts to turn it on.

It all started with the fact that the finger stopped "vibrating" to touch, then for some time I did without it (a couple of weeks)

then one time, he was completely discharged.
When I came home and put it on charge, it turned on and started charging, after (~ 40 minutes. 80% was charged) I tried to turn it on, it started to turn on, I went 30 minutes back, returning: there was a white screen with a fox logo.
I thought it was frozen, I pressed the shutdown button, it turned off. And to send it back on, it does not respond, vibrate
the warranty period ended a couple of months before the incident

It seems to me that the device is physically damaged or out of order.
To be honest, I'm not surprised. I also had problems with this device, so I changed it to Xiaomi redmi 6A.

Many thanks!

My son's Wileyfox Swift 2+ was bricked a couple of weeks ago and nothing seemed to help.
Then I got a tip and tried this method and it worked perfectly! I installed Lineage 15.1 and the phone is running better than ever.
So: Thank you!

Missus old Wileyfox Swift 2 has died and gone into bootloop

1) Will this help?
2) Will this keep all her photos or will they be lost after flash?
