try Dolphin & Puffin - Dolphin is the best mobile browser I have ever found, when using a mobile user agent, however if I want a beautiful desktop user agent on my phone which looks identical to using a desktop, I go with Puffin - although you need to likely adjust DPI down to have a beautiful huge screen view - for LG G4 the ideal DPI is 538 (the screen's native resolution)
Hi how do you adjust the DPI?

Can't seem to find anything about DPI in setting

adding my 2 cents in this discussion,

After upgrading to marshmallow I didnt notice any improvement in battery life (I actually noticed a slight decrease in standby capability as overnight there was 2-3% drop compared to 1-2 that was before the upgrade).

I kept marshmallow for a couple of weeks without seeing any benefit and at some point I decided to give a try to a factory reset as I kept reading many people talking about benefits that I didnt see.

After the factory reset, I noticed a major improvement in battery life. Overnight the phone stays without change in battery percentage, the on screen time is at least 1h more with the exact same set of applications and kind of usage.
Currently my G4 has the same battery performance or even better than the G2 I owned previously (from which I didnt have any complain at all).

Curious whether this would apply to me. As my phone was new out the box, and just started updating all the way to mm v20d. Battery life fluctuates between 4.5-5hrs.

Will try to factory reset when I get back to see if I can squeeze anything else out of this beauty.

WTF?

well fortunately my phone is bootloader unlocked, so I did even more than a factory reset - I did a full wipe in TWRP (everything except internal and external SD cards)

I recommend the build.prop editor app - and then go to the menu in the left corner arrow and change the value of ro.sf.lcd_density from 640 to 538 and then power off phone and then power on - it should have smaller and much sharper text and much more screen real estate.
Note: you need to be rooted to do this.

Proud owner of LG G4 but...
Was using Meizu M2 note where I could easy achieve 6 hours on screen time, and decided i need more power so i bought lg.
Updated to marshmallow (v20d) and my battery was really bad. Then i did a reset to factory settings thinking it will be better, but the battery is the same, max.2.5 hours on screen time and the phone couldn't last more than 12 hours.
Then i turned off activity logs, uninstalled lg health, disabled search, voice and etc.history in google app, disabled google apps which i don't use (music, news, games, movies), deleted facebook app (leaving fb messenger), gps using only networks and voila!
I am on 60% battery left with 2 hours on screen time and 9h using the phone since i charged the phone :D
The phone is great and i like lg software but it's the apps which are making wakelocks and battery drain. I really think doze is not helping with this phone because i was using lg g3 earlier and the battery life was the same without doze.

Noticed the biggest gain when deactivating logs.
Most underestimated possibility.
I don't use facebook but I have often read that it sucks battery like hell.
But a big plus is that I don't see any difference when using 4G or 3G.
It doesn't effect the battery life at least for me.

With heavy mixed usage the battery lasts for 1 day with 3-4h sot and auto brightness. Used alot outside with bright enviroment and music, streaming, hotspot, GPS and browsing.
Could be better but its ok.

I would check with a logcat what logs are being generated to see if there is an app misbehaving or a permission that is being hit.
If you prefer using ADB then just type: adb logcat
Otherwise there are apps on the app store that you can use.

Keep in mind, not all apps abide by the new permission control of Marshmallow.

Another thing you can disable is activity logs.
Settings -> about phone -> disable "activity logs"
