Just completed the process of applying this theme!

On the whole, good news  - well, at least I didn't brick my Legend or anything like that :D.

Initial observations:

- If you get a msg for Force Close, the buttons are abnormally big, I'm guessing due to the font.

- The stock dialler is indeed broken and unusable. This is a shame as I really like the stock dialler.

- The lockscreen pattern is also broken, the circles are HUGE and overlap each other, it is just about usable [..phew!] but you have to be careful... how do you guys get around this problem??

- Messaging app is slightly unaligned [as is anything that requires keyboard]

- Anything that requires a 'command button' like the Force Close dialogue box or the 'USB connected' menu is all out of shape - it's like the command buttons have become bigger... they overlap the text and some text is not visible...

I'm not sure if all these issues are down to the font, though it seems likely.

I wonder if there is another font that we can apply which is better suited??

There are too many things not working properly with this MattedBlues theme...

- The lockscreen not working is pretty important!
- Any screen that has tabs along the top 'manage applications' or 'phone' is messed up
- Any time you click the Menu button for a context menu... the icons are bigger than normal this squeezes the text out of view
- Some apps like Torch simply do not fit on the screen, half of it is missing [and you cant scroll to see it]

Does anyone even have the 'standard' fonts?

Also, what's the best way of 'un-applying' this theme?

Sorry you are having so many problems with it. :)

I guess the reason I didn't notice many of these problems is that I use a couple of specialized apps. For instance, I use WidgetLocker (paid app) and Go Dialer, so I don't notice those issues.

The 'USB connected' and 'Manage applications' screens are indeed messed up.

The standard fonts are in the original CM7.0.3.zip folder. Just adb push them to /system/fonts and they'll overwrite the skin fonts. However, I don't think this solves any of the problems you have mentioned here.

Personally, I guess I can live with these problems for now. The 'USB connected' and 'Manage applications' screens are still usable, I know what the context menu icons mean without the text, and I use external apps to solve the lock screen and dialer problems.

I do, however, understand that these can be a deal breaker.

Uninstalling: Maybe adb pushing the app and framework folder from the original CM7.0.3 zip, or just flashing the whole zip could work? I usually just restore a nand backup.

Yep, I'm restoring my Nandroid backup that I took before applying this theme, as I type :).

I just wasn't sure if the fonts folder would be affected by a restore or not, that's all.

I hope we can find a better font for the Legend! In fact, I guess we need to make sure that it was the font messing things up, and not something else from the older folders?
