I found a way to activate VoLTE on the Pixel XL for operators that are not officially supporting the Pixel or Google is not supporting the operator. Now I would like to inlcude some additional settings into the nv items file which is a .mbn file, but I have no idea how to do it. I also know the specific QXDM commands for the settings. Unfortunately I have to do it with the nv items file, because QXDM seems not supported for the Pixel. Does anyone know how to do it?

I am also curious to know how we can activate volte. I'm on at&t, but they don't allow volte on the pixel even though they have a volte network.
