I owned one in this month so the method is simple and it only works on android 11. you should factory reset phone and activate without sim card and don't connect to wifi. Than go to settings>about phone>build number tap 8 timesI don't see how that is possible, but I've been wrong before.
I would like to point out that XDA thrives on the open sharing of information. Simply claiming that something is possible is of no help to anyone. If you know this to be possible, we ask that you share the method or process that you know to be successful, as well as the source.
than go to developer options and enable usb debugging and when little box pops up check always, than connect phone to computer via usb cable open cmd and type 2 commands adb shell press enter than pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.apps.work.oobconfig and press enter it should write success, now you can put sim card and connect to wifi. This is bypass method not remove method and only works on android 11 till factory reset than you should do the same after it.
