Mediapad M3 Model Number BTV-W09 is not detecting dual band home wifi

Hi All,

This issue is really weird my huawei media pad M3 is connecting every other wifi but it cant detect my home wifi for some reason

It used to detect the 2.4G now it completely stopped doing that

My wifi is dual band supporting 2.4G and 5G

My tablet only has wifi so no way to upgrade without connecting to wifi.

Try different SSIDs for 2.4GHz and 5GHz. If this isn´t possible then temporary deactivate the 5GHz WiFi so that there is only one (identical) SSID active.

Change channel of your WiFi radio. Please Google how if you don't understand. I had to change channel of my 5ghz at home in order for this tablet to recognize 5ghz.
