Mediatek device in 2022 ? Yah or Nah ?

Hello people,

My One Plus 3T is dying so.....it's time to upgrade

I saw yesterday the One Plus Nord2T and i like it but...it's a mediatek based.
I know MTK are good but i "read" dev' communitys was pretty poor behind.

Since i like to use my smartphones for years and since i like google camera, i was wondering if it was a good idea to take a MTK device.

How is google camera on MTK device yet ?

I wonder if MTK has a good future...

Any ideas ?
