I'm on MeDroid based on CM9 31/01 and i have no problems with the transfer speed neither with my camera.

ROM very stable and works like a charm <3

Does anybody have any idea why the ROM is snappy, but the benchmark tests show very bad results? It was better than nexus s with medroid v6.1, but got worse with remix v1.3.1?

Sent from my Nexus One using XDA App

but the old scheme or the new one as per texasice's latest build? :p
I'd recommend the old scheme. I feel a little uneasy setting the cache at a dangerously low level of 8MB and decreasing the system space with 10MB. Texasice is just testing how this will work out, and you will be fine with having the "old" layuout of 220/16/200 and that will be fine for all future builds unless texasice states otherwise.

I just wanted to share my observations with regards to the "mic not working/home button not working/lockscreen not working" problems being reported in samuaz's MDM Remix dev. thread:

I've been running the 1.3.2 HWA build for about 2 days now and everything was working perfectly until today when I started fucking with the IA2SD app he's included :)

When you change the data location of an app, it asks if you want to reboot; since I wanted to change more than one app I said No each time until I was finished. When I rebooted I was having ALL of the above problems mic/home button/lockscreen were not functioning.

Obviously this seems like a permissions problem, so at this point I went into the Start-up Tweaks menu and selected every option in there (previously they were all unchecked) and rebooted - but this didn't fix anything. I then rebooted into 4ext recovery and ran the UID Fix from there, which took quite a while to complete, and then rebooted the phone. Again this attempt didn't fix any of the problems..

I'm not sure why but it seems IA2SD is what broke these functions :) Perhaps if you are prompted to reboot the phone, you should do so even if that means rebooting your phone 100 times to change the data locations. I wanted to move my launcher/keyboard/widgets back onto internal data for the obvious performance benefits, and I like that IA2SD selectively allows you to do this so hopefully you can squash this bug :)

One more observation: as I was changing the data and apk locations to internal data, the menu would show them as back on external once I changed another app! Once I noticed that my changes were seemingly being changed back (perhaps because the apps are running and updating their current external locations?), I got scared that **** was going to be broken and just rebooted :p lol

Anyway, I'm currently doing another clean wipe and reinstalling 1.3.2 + 1.3.2.1-HWA and wondering if I should allow 1.3.2 to boot/reboot twice before I install the 1.3.2.1 update?

Consistent Mic issues every now and then... Any permanent solution rather than checking and unchecking those tweaks boxes?

Did you try similarly for Medroid 1.4.0 release? The settings get changed randomly it seems.. Works good initially but then mic stops working which is obviously show stopper.

I found a small but, not sure if it is intended or not, but on the lock screen i can select the notification bar and drag it down and select the different notifications I have and it will unlock the device without having to slide to unlock. I did try it with a pattern security and it is disabled so you can't by pass the security, I'm just curious as to if its in ICS or did samuaz/timbit add this to it. so far I havn't gotten used to it but could be an easy way to unlock to the notification I want without having to slide to a certain area.

As far as I know this is a new ICS feature, which I find to be very useful. It only works if you have no security (pin, pattern etc.) on the lockscreen.

I have downloaded and installed chrome on medroid 1.4.0 with HWA. Pages are loading fine but I am not able to see stack layout of tabs used for tab switching.
Anyone else facing same problem?

Suddenly I'm getting the attached (screenshot) message whenever installing any app, whether from market (google play) or apk
Also I noticed hwbuttons do not light up after first reboot.

Anyone having similar issues?
Ps. Did like 10 clean installs today.
Ps2. And wi-fi won't get ip address unless Ip is manually set.

Lo siento, no comprendo Espanol, senor :) Por favor, traducir a screenshoot al Inglés. I can't help because I don't understand the paragraph in Spanish.

Woops, didn't even realize screenshot was in Spanish, my mistake.

It says something like 'The installation could not be completed neither in USB storage unit nor in the SD card'.

Plainly.

ps. after flashing mahimahi-tiamat-ics-022112.zip I lose all Wi-Fi capabilities on my N1, Wi-Fi just won't start after flashing this kernel and won't work if I don't full-wipe.

Since 1.41 HWA I have no suddden reboots anymore... but now I have hang ups, so the display stays black if I try to unlock (power button or trackball). The only chance to get it running again is to remove the battery.

Anyone else observed that?
