Melomania 1 earbuds

Any one using Cambridge Audio Melomania 1 https://www.cambridgeaudio.com/gbr/en/products/melomania-1 Wwireless earbuds on the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G - they are getting rave reviews at the moment and short stock everywhere in the UK but my first pair would connect via Bluetooth - audio would come out the left hand one only - the right hand side got the signal as I could skip tracks etc but no Audio - waiting for second pair to turn up. Hoping first pair was a tech mechanical issue, Any one any tips for set up etc with these?

I used them for a bit and returned them. The volume just wasn't there for me.

I'm now using some refurbished Sony wf1000x. The connection can be a right pain when your out and about but the sound quality is amazing.

Although I had no issues with the melomania connecting, once I chose one the other automatically connected too
