Memo apk?

I am running the MOAR ROM which I really like. One thing it does not have that is on stock 5.0 is the Memo app. It's a handy little notepad and I miss it! Any chance it has been or could be extracted as an apk that I could install? Any help would be appreciated.

Hmmm..... I guess that's why it's not included in MOAR it force closes as soon as you try to open it. Oh well ... Not worth abandoning the ROM over. Thanx anyways.
