Memory card reader with charging support

Greetings,

I am trying to find out if there is a small OTG card reader that also would allow charging.
I DO NOT need charging and card reading to be done at the same time. Simply want to have card reader (as small as possible in size) permanently attached to the phone's USB C slot (for extra memory) that would also allow me charging the phone without having to remove it (ideally having USB C female charging port).

Any products like that?
