[MERLIN][ROM][5.1.1][6.0.1] Stock Deodexed Rom For Moto G Turbo/Merlin [VoLTE]

I wanted to extract some of the stock apps ,downloaded the zip but cant figure out how to extract
I can only see names of "Songs" inside the zip , not any .img or system folder

I tried 5.1.1 rom on XT1557 (moto G3 turbo rooted with ULB, was running Lineage 7.1), it installed properly with no issues but post setup I can't make any calls, system shows Volte but no LTE, also I started getting "No Network signal" popup whenever i try to call any number. Internet works and Hotspot too but signals keep dropping very often and keep coming back.
Kindly help :crying:
