Black/White Rotary Lockscreen Mod

This mod makes the buttons black and white for use with darker themes, and also removes the dummy arrows telling you which way to slide.

You MUST apply ihtfp69's lockscreen mod before using this.

Big thanks to ihtfp69 for getting the rotary lockscreen working on our phones, and touchpro247, who I borrowed the media buttons from

As always, use the hdpi-v4 for roms with the drawable-hdpi-v4 folder (Skyraider, for example), and the nov4 for roms with the drawable-hdpi folder. Do a nandroid just in case, and let me know if anything goes wrong.

I'm sorry, I've never used my alarm so I can't say for sure
But all I did was convert his theme from an update.zip to a metamorph so that I could use it with the rotary lockscreen, so anything that worked before *should* still work.

Wow. What you just told me is like trying to learn chinese...lol I see there's more involved...any good articles to point out so I can learn. I just know rom manager and adb push code... ::

I don't know of any articles, though I'm sure there are some floating around XDA.

I typed up a quick post walking through applying this black rotary metamorph and SoCalMiles' Incredible rEVOlution as an example. I posted it here to avoid getting this thread off topic

I can't get this to work. I'm running SR 3.0 RC2 with Prodigy GraySky 0.2.

I did this:
1. Remove the HTC lock screen if necessary
2. Install the vanilla clock if necessary
3. Download the framework zip for the ROM you are running
4. Download either the Rotary_Music or Rotary_NoMusic zip
5. Flash both of the zips in recovery
6. Reboot
7. Profit
HTC lockscreen mv told me the file cannot be found, yes i did mount system.

I used MM to install this theme and i tried both hdpi and nov4 but the bar stayed white, the icons didn't change etc. The only think that changed is the rotary modification. Any ideas what i did wrong?

I just installed the Prodigy rotary and that had the same effect.
