You should put that partition flash line after getvars.

Now My mi3 when i charge it，Red LED light just blinking & totally can't boot to fastboot mode How to fix？

Try to charge your device for 3 hours then try again.

Tried！Didn't work！ After 3 hours charge，press any button Phone won't boot…
