Mi 4/ Mi 3 Cancro instagram video`s keep buffering and doesn`t play at all

Hey yesterday i installed MK81.0-cancro-190321-RELEASE on my Xiaomi Mi 4. Installation was sucessful without any errors everything is working really well better then lineage os 14.1 for me i mostly use my mi 4 for Instagram and other social media services while using Instagram last night i noticed that video arent streaming at all just keeps buffering i tried clearing my cache from twrp also tried resetting network settings and also tried using Android system web view checked with chrome beta and stable but nothing is working. So if there is any fix for this bug please update me on that thank you.
