Mi 5s Plus touch don't work, but it goes on.

Hi guys, i'm Cojarvis and i have mi5s plus from two years.
I have V9.6.2.0.NBGMIFD (MIUI9)Global.
Now i have changed my display, the seller sent me a video proof that the display work.
And it's fine. I have mounted the display, it goes on but the touch won't work. So i have reassembled the old display for use it (i have changet it for a scartch, before disassembly it worked fine) and now don't work the touch even in this.
Any suggestion ? what i have wrong?

obviously you damaged the flat cable, its fragile, you need a replacement

Hello samuk190, thanks for your answer.
You mean that i have broken both the flat cable of both display?
I have placed the connector with attention and with the tweezers more slow.
If i post the photos you can recognize if the pins are compromised?

Yes, obviously its not 100% sure, but if the digitalizer is not working its because it doesnt have contact with the phone, maybe it broke internal of the mainboard or only the digitalizer it self, send photos
