Just logged in to check how long left to unlock was on about 250hrs now it's gone back 2 360hrs wtf sucks I'm very close to ditching this phone already [emoji34]

Thanks for that guide. My 360 hours should expire in another week's time, then I can try TWRP and root. Am right that the unlocking of the bootloader will result in the wiping of all data on the phone? I know I should do a backup, but without root it's not so easy to backup the apps and their settings.

mi 8 lite needs a separate section for sure, device is totally different from mi8/mi8pro

please, this is stoping devs to focus on this device, c'mon the kernel sources for platina are on github
