I am thankful that I saw this before updating to newest miui 11
But v25 more stable and has no problem

After you used the Greek twrp did you manage to solve the problem?
Took me around 50 minutes to get into TWRP and experiencing the same problem he has (I/O error, cannot mount etc...)
I seem to have hard bricked my 9T after flashing the MIUI 11 rom from xiaomi.eu. I think culprit is a totally botched/corrupted boot loader and I have no idea how it happened. I've tried reflashing back to stock through stock image .bat files, but no dice. It flashed everything but the device still refuses to boot past the MI screen. If I try to boot into TWRP, my device gets stuck at the TWRP splash screen, no matter which version it is. Does anyone know what I can do or try at this point? Thanks.
Finally, successfully installing rom, but i don't know will it boot or not, i just press the reboot system button, and its still waiting for rebooting (already minute since i press the button), and demmmm i forgot, i suppose to instal magisk 9.4 first, but i forget it
No, sadly. I tried fixing my phone earlier at work, it took about an hour to boot into Greek TWRP but froze. 4PDA TWRP doesn't boot at all, gave my phone a little over an hour this morning to boot it up. I have another idea on how to fix this issue, but of course... it requires me to go to TWRP and use adb. Unless someone knows how to format the data partition's FS from F2FS to EXT4 through fastboot, that would be super helpful.

I had this same problem where it was "brickeo" and only I have the fastboot mode, or if we can access the "recovery mode"

... the solution that manages to install this video tool .... (to use the tool you must first go to google and put download java and install it) after opening this program download the global rom in .tgz format (download the rom with this tool mentioned) and flash with the "MiFlash" so return to the GLOBAL Stock ROM, being here I managed to install MIUI 11 with this procedure ....
-reboot for twrp, clear cache, dalvik, system, data
-data format and write yes
-copy miui.eu beta 9.8.15 from your pc
-Install miui.eu beta 9.8 .15
-reboot the system and configure it until
term reset to twrp
-flash miui.eu 11
-restart
-done
sorry, I use "google translator" I speak Spanish
I tried twrp mauronofrio version, and successfully installing the rom, but still can not boot, back to fastboot everytime i press the power button.
And then still in the same twrp version, its allow me to change data format from F2FS to EXT4, and success, but still, i can not boot and still take a lot of time to enter twrp.
Hoprless
I DONT KNOW WHATS WRONG with this device, i am successful wipe system, data and cache, and i even do a format via adb "fasboot erase system -w" erase data, cache, and everything doing well, my data already in ext4. They already can read my cache and data and system.
And then i flash stock rom via mi flash. And it told me success.
But just like before. Its stuck in 99.99 when phone reboot. I really run out of idea
Anyone manage to fix this?

That happend to me on redmi note 5 sometimes. Mi flash looked stuck, but the room was already flashed.
If no one found a solution yet. I could find and share some ideas. Something similar happend to note 5 some time ago.
For now, I suggest forgetting about twrp. It is not looking stable on miui 11. Try flashing from MI flash some olders miui global roms (not eu and not only the latest). And try others versions of MI flash.
How long did that TWRP version take you to load? I'm still on the splash for a little over an hour now.
@mvha just go into fastboot mode, and flash persist.img from stock fastboot rom,
With command : fastboot flash persist persist.img
Thats all
1,5 until 3 hour of waiting time (im already on ext4, but it still sooo slow... )
Same result, note working, stuck in 99.99% when device restart after success flashing global stock rom
I got exactly the same problem after installing miui 11rom. Installing firmware via fastboot was unsuccessful. God, help us ...I seem to have hard bricked my 9T after flashing the MIUI 11 rom from xiaomi.eu. I think culprit is a totally botched/corrupted boot loader and I have no idea how it happened. Just the exact same problem as mine. If you know anything about how to solve this problem, please tell us.So do I, first time I successfully instal first beta v25 miui 11, and than when the v26 comes, stupidly, i flash it from twrp, it tells me that i succeed installing that zip, and than i wipe art and cache and reboot system, but what next i know, my phone brick, i can not instal anyrom, from mi flash tool, or from anywhere. I did everything and still can not fix the problem.
Anyway, you still can enterin TWRP UI, after waiting about 10 to 30 minutes, because after intalling that rom, automatically your data format change from ext4 to f2fs, and twrp will need a lot of time to read your disk.
But, even after doing anything in twrp, still can not make my phone successfully boot into system.
And theres moun I/O error everytime i tried to wipe everything, or fix disk, or change disk format. Everything... and i just dont know what to do anymore.
So may be you can wait patiently until you can entering twrp ui, and please lemme know if you know how to fix this problem
i have experience that, then i flash the twrp chinese version and it works.
I had the same problem with a miui 10 weekly beta but unfortunately I wasn't able to fix it but lucky me my phone was still in a return period so I returned it back to Amazon and got my money back since then I have always stayed away from beta ROMs . I tried everything but it wasn't booting pass the mi logo as you said
This makes sense as I remember trying to boot into stock recovery early in the morning. I woke up and it finally booted, but the recovery was in Chinese. I will give 4PDA TWRP about an hour and see what I can do. Thanks.
