My Mi A1 is showing encrpyted in settings. Whats does it mean? Previously my all data was erased while using command "fastboot oem unlock". please help me what actually happened with my phone?

It means that your data partition is encrypted (enabled by default and nothing wrong with it).
It is being reported that bootloader unlocking after May update erases data partition (standard Android behavior, previous behavior was quite big security flaw).
