Mi A1 Fastboot is not working

I was trying to install Gcam and after i flash fastboot boot twrp.img my phone didn't booted to twrp i tried fastboot devices & fastboot reboot but it shows waiting for device.. i already tried holding the power button for a minute with volume down button but it doesn't even work...
Any help would be appreciated

Your driver is not installed, solution install driver
