Mi A1 stuck bootloop

HI guys please help me,, i upgraded to android pie via ota,, and my wifi was not working after updating and mac address was showing 02:00:00:00, so i decided to factory reset but it didn't help,
Then i downgraded to 8.1 nov rom, after that it keeps on bootlooping, flashed many times with clean and clean and lock, still not working.
i can go to fastboot mood , edl mode, bootloader unlocked,, please help me

I suggest clean flash last official rom on xiaomi site using Mi Flash tool.
I think this is the only correct return to the basic ROM
for more is your choice.

any help here? between i again flashed pie update through twrp, and its working again,,, but i am not able to downgrade and wifi still showing random address or 02:00:00:00 sometimes

Check for IMEI with *#06#
Is correct or not?

What Pie update did you flashed?

imei is correct , but wifi mac has changed
