It's when the phone is shutdown, you plug it in and it vibrates, shows the corruption screen then the AndroidOne start screen with the coloured patches and white background. It just hangs there indefinitely never going off or showing battery level, even when you unplug the charger. You have to hold power button to get it to start.

As I mentioned it did it before, I tested and it seemed to be a Magisk thing as uninstalling cured it.
Charging when phone on is normal.

Very disappointed that WiFi calling / VOWiFi isn't enabled by default. I don't want to root my device as it's buggy, difficult to achieve and I want to receive security updates easily.

Question, how to make Xiaomi aware that they need to add a 'switch' in settings so that we can enable it easily? (See attached picture for example)?

If we drop this question massively @ the right address it may help to get this setting with an update.

Its not just the switch that needs enabling though, i tried with just the switch debug value and didnt do a thing. Xiaomi have intentionally removed the build.prop entries to make wifi calling available.

I use neither Magisk nor VoEnabler. It's totally stock Android 9.0.
My provider is Vodafone.

Turkey. They have been already providing VoWifi and VoLTE (I guess for a long while).

I have also noticed when you search "Wi-Fi calling" on search, it brings a search result. When you touch it, "Network settings" opens.

im using vodafone also, but my wifi calling wont enable without voenabler.

On a Polish website I found this MMI code to unlock VoLTE :

It worked for me. I'm in Mexico using Telcel Mexico and T-Mobile US (but T-Mobile is roaming on Telcel network, so I don't know if it works on T-Mobile in the US)

What does it need setting to when I did that is said volte check with carrier disabled is that the correct one?
