Mi Note 3 stuck on recovery mode... Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I wanted to restart the phone and instead of opening as normal it got stuck on Mi-Recovery 3.0. If I Reboot to System it just restarts and enters recovery mode again.

Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening? I have various files and data I want in the phone...

P.S. I have no mi account.

Might be bricked. Install latest global rom from fastboot,
