Actually didn't they announce that they will be reducing the number of devices participating in open beta program not long ago? Maybe they will still roll out the stable versions.
Nope, Xiaomi officially discontinued all the tablets because they don't beleave in tablets anymore.

I'll upload it only when I'll get Android 10 MIUI 11 to work and most/all bugs will be fixed. Official Pie vendor from Xiaomi would help a lot, but seems like Xiaomi doesn't care at all about their tablets.

Right now I have to stabilise Pie vendor, then I'll try different bases to see which one will work best, and after that I'll try to upgrade Pie vendor to Android 10. It's a ton of work but in the end we hopefully will have mostly working MIUI 11 Android 10.

I've been using Pie MIUI 11 for a day now and it's really amazing. But we all want Android 10 :D

I'll post pics as soon as Android 10 MIUI 11 boots. (Might take a while as I just realised Q needs System as root)
If you managee to do that will be a remarkable job. And so far you are the only one trying to accomplish that. We can not expect EU to do so as they don't do ports from other divices just compile from the official roms. The dev of ReVOS say that he will try to do a port from another device with the same 660 SOC like redmi note 7. But its a ton of work and he is very busy with the rest of xiaomi terminals.

I particularly don't care if we have miui 11 on pie or Q. The priority is to have miui 11.
We pacienttly wait for your news. Well done

If you finally manage to do so, i will advertise and promote it in my spanish telegram mipad 4 group which has 500 followers and many will be over the moon. Its not a sale rubbuish group but one with plenty of BOT base tutorials and guidance

Well guys.. I have bad news.. I wanted to release a test build for those who just can't wait but my PC is dead and all Development for MP4+ and OP6 is dead now. I have the rom.img saved on my SSD but the issue is that I found out that Apple SSDs use their own proprietary connector. So now I have to look for some adapter.

Don't worry though. I'll just work on my weak server, do the port again as it wasn't that time consuming. And will upload a build. But this server has 2GB of RAM so doing everything will be very slow so give me some time. I also have storage issues on it which makes everything even worse. But I'll do it somehow.

I also lost my vendor so we will have to use Arters vendor for now with custom keymaster until I get a good PC again.

TL;DR: I'll soon (hopefully this week) upload MIUI 11 Pie test build with some bugs, and later when I get a good PC (hopefully around December), I'll take care of the bugs.

I'll also enable GCam Support for everyone who wants to use GCam.

And Xiaomi said they will be releasing MIUI 11 to more devices soon so we most likely will be on the list. But until then. We'll enjoy the ported MIUI.

(Just in case if someone doesn't believe me, just check my other threads on XDA).

So far I am running the xiaomi.eu weekly build. But it's really been a while since the latest rom for the Mi pad was released. Does anyone know the reasons for that? Even older Note devices are still updated on a regular basis tho...

Xiaomi have given Mi Pad 4 terrible support so no more updates for MIUI stock or xiaomi.eu which is based on stock. For now I'm on Pixel Experience Plus to stay updated. Hopefully MIUI 11 will be ported soon.

Oh it's that bad? Aww, I really like my Mi Pad 4 Plus, so I am really disappointed on how badly it's treated. Also I can't see much development in case of custom roms either.

I really wonder why, since there are not many Tablets around with a decent hardware besides the way, way overpriced S-line tablets from Samsung.

I like my Mi Pad 4 and much prefer it to my phone for gaming and watching videos, but as phones are getting bigger many people don't buy tablets anymore except iPad and Samsung which are designed to replace your laptop.

Perhaps we need to buy the next Mi "Max" then, that should get more support despite beeing smaller as the Mi Pad 4. If I'd need the tablet for work I'd buy an iPad pro but just for videos and webbrowsing I pretty prefer Android like on the phone.

Looks like there's a dev is working on ports on MIUI 11 EU with Pie/Q(10) for the Mi Pad 4.

Seems like everything is going good with the Pie port but dev wants to wait for Q(10) fully working.

Don't expect it anytime soon though, last I read dev's server broke down; perhaps early 2020 might be a good bet.

Recently switched back to MIUI 10 EU after trying Pixel Experience Plus.

Pixel Experience Plus is great rom don't get me wrong, however I got bored of it quickly because of how plain and simple Google's UI and apps are.

Of course there were other factors too like slower WiFi, animations slowdowns and some bugs with certain apps.

There are several things I really enjoyed about Pixel Experience Plus:

- Location and Canada region works perfectly (something I've never experience before with MIUI 10 EU)

- Notifications for all apps work perfectly right out of the box (certain apps don't work out of the box with MIUI but playing with the settings fixes it)
