mi3 won't boot up

I can't boot up to OS since i charged my battery full and automatically turn off,any solutions about that the notifications light not working,i can't even access recovery mode and fastboot,even can't even charge the battery

used OS: LineageOS 14.1(7.1.1 Nougat)
