Hi! I have two questions concerning Mi5s. Does any one know if there will be a subforum for Mi5s and is there/will there be a possibility to put CM13 on Mi5s?

Absolutely. Someone can just port over a Nightly for CM13. You'll have to wait for Xiaomi to release the Kernel Source for Mi5s though if you want capacitive home button and overclocking of the CPU.
