I have a problem with the facebook tag (in the photo)
When I share a photo on facebook and I tap on "add tag" the phone ask me where I want to tag a person.
when I tap on the photo for chose where I want to tag a person my contacts don't appears and my phone return on the start screen
I try to resto re my phone and upgrade from versione 2 to 2.1 but after I tag 2-3 photo the problem reappears. On skydrive I haven't any problem.

I got the same problem. Tagging before uploading works, but if I want to tag somebody on an existing photo, the app just crashes...
This might be a problem of the Facebook API (?) Or is it a known issue of 8779?

Attached is a working remove cab for the non-working USB Video out package.

Note:

After removing the first -non working- cab the app is still present in the applist (without icon) but the package has been removed.

Install the latest -working- USB Video Cab and you are fine...

I've installed the first USB Video cab you made on a 1.3 8779 Nokia Edition, but i can't uninstall it with this "remove" cab. "Update" is always unsuccessful.

1: I have installed some Nokia Apps on the phone... Maps and Drive are the most important. However I wonder how easy it is to change the OEM-branding so I can use Samsung Marketplace as standard and still keep the Nokia apps. Since MS encrypted Marketplace I can´t download other OEM apps than Nokias via Freedom Marketplace.

2: Under About it states like this:

Modell: NOKIA Lumia 800

Can I change back to Samsung Omnia 7 and still keep my current setup?

Hi, let the Settings to Nokia Lumia 800.
You need it need for the Nokia Apps.
If you like to change the Marketplace to Samsung or HTC, pls use the WPH tweaks app and select your desired Marketplace ...

Is it possible for you to make the HTC-drivers to work in your ROM? I would really like the HTC-hub working on my Omnia 7. As I understand the HTC-drivers must be "imageupdated" into the ROM and the only ones I can find are the ones for XDA-devs 4.1 Tango ROM.

Since the Samsung New HUB does not work, even with the stock rom, I feel like a modded version of the HTC-Hub could do the trick... I really want a double live weather tile on my phone.

I have a problem, I dont know if its a rom issue, a Samsung problem or a WP7 thing (I have googled but no luck) so any information would be appreciated.

Recently I started riding to work on two wheels instead of driving, I still have my car but I dont need 2.0L turbo disel just to go to work and back but this was very quiet and I have just got myself a nice Viper helmet with builtin Bluetooth 4 but I have two problems.

1. The BT volume is very low for the speech. Music, alerts etc play fine but when you receive a text message or if I activate the voice control I cant hear what it says. Volume turned up max but I cant hear. When I am in my car and using my Jabra headset this is fine and I can hear everything.

2. when I listen to internet radio it cuts out after a minute or so, I have tried various radio packages but they all do the same. I load say TuneIn and pick my station then when it starts playing I press the power button and put the phone in my pocket and everything is fine then a minute later (I dont know exactly how long) the music stops and the problem is when I am riding I cant grab my phone to press the buttons etc.

I know these are not major problems but frustrating so any advice please

Me too,but so far there is no updatecab out it is annoying,but it don`t interestes me atm,because the 7.8 is only beta atm,and guys look when mirolg responded last time in this thread,so don't wait for a soon answered thread

A new rom isn´t interesting atm because it´s only an early MS build, the OEM part is still missing.

I tested the "leaked" build some weeks ago and I decided to go back to the stable 7.5 rom because not even the new startscreen is fully working...

But for the guys who are so interested in a new 7.8 rom, can flash the rom out of general wp7 section.
And please to remember mirolgs work for the omnia community: He only brings out good working stuff and i think that the momentaneous things are not matching his claim for a good cookingproduct,and for all the useres i think they should accept this and wait for his great work in he right time.

I don´t get a warning for the Viber app. Works as it should with mi7ROM.

I totally agree. If we wait a little while, I'm sure we will mirolg surprise us with one of his great works... again.
