Mic is not working on call while it works with Google search and recorder

I have Lenovo k5 VIBE NOTE which I bought 4 months ago and now my Mic is not working when I'm on call but works when I do google search or use recorder. I dont have problem with speakers they're working as expected.
Can anyone help me?
