Question Mic problems

Hello, there is a problem with the microphone. He just makes noise when recording and is silent during a call. Last time the update to android 13 helped, now I don’t know what to do. hotfix didn't help.

My mic is finicky as well. During calls people have reported that I sound as if I am under water.
