Micro sd not working after update

After update to official Jelly Bean my transformer doesnt read the micro sd card but when I connect my docking station and put the same card with normal sd adaptor it works. Is there a way to fix it?

The forum say TF300T... but this is the general forum of all TF300xx tablets... that's why I asked the model!!

Might be a dumb thing to ask, but have you tried rebooting your tablet?
