Microg already exist in your device

I'm trying add some google account to my P40 pro. I'm folloween the guide using MicroG.
When I try to install Microg apk, the phone said that it is already instaled a newer version and I cant install it.

I have nothing installer or I can't find it.

How can I solve this issue?

You need to uninstall google play services.
