Hi there im a noobie to the android world..... If u dont like the scenario go to the last paragraph for my problem.
I own micromax nitro a311 rooted with kingroot.apk
I tried to edit the build.promp file using es file explorer with root permission. After editing just rebooted my phone and it shows some error message "manufacturer name is wrong or incorrect" similar like that not sure. So i dont want to mess up anymore i had already taken a backup of build.promp file before editing. So i just copied and replaced the edited file and rebooted the device.
Now here comes the first problem..... Aftet showing micromax logo there is a black screen and wont able to get in....... After searching many websites i tried to hard reset in recovery mode but it wont help.... Unfortunately i hadnt installed cwm or twrp recovery.... Some websites recommended yo use adb to overcome the problem....
Now here comes the second main problem.... I have no idea why the laptop (running windows7 32 bit) detecting only for 3 sec in device manager..... I connected my phone baterry removed then pressed power button+vo_down 10 times and its only detected for 3 sec and disappears. If it is not even detected how i can install adb driver???????? Or did i connected my phone to laptop in a wrong way..... I also tried with different data cables..... Thanks for sharing ur time and pls help
