Hello. can somebody help me, i have a problem with microphone on my galaxy a5 (2016), yesterday i noticed that it is not working while i was using google now, than i tried record my voice to confirm and yes, it is the same problem that i had on my old phone galaxy express, mic is very noisy and not recording voice, only i can hear some voice when i blow into mic hole at the bottom of phone. tried cleaning hole but nothing, tried factory reset, also nothing, i just bought that phone 2 or 3 weeks ago so i have 2 years warranty, but before maybe someone has something to try out. below is example of recorded voice.
