According to the specifications, it only supports microSD cards up to 256Gb. That sounds strange to me as SDXC is now available up to 1Tb and, as the phone was only released this year, they would have known larger cards were available. Has anyone tried a larger card? Did it work?

I am also a bit confused as to whether you can use 2 SIMs and a microSD at the same time or only two SIMs OR one SIM and a microSD card. A couple of YouTube videos I have seen seem to suggest you can have two SIMs PLUS a microSD simultaneously. Is that right?

I have a 512GB MicroSD in mine and it works fine. Its two SIMs or One SIM and One MicroSD or One unmodified SIM and One modified SIM with MicroSD attached will work also. The Asus Zenfone 6 is one of the only phones I know that will take two unmodified SIMs and a microSD.

Thanks. I looked at the Zenfone 6 for that reason but decided I wanted a decent telephoto lens which the Zenfone 6 does not have. I also looked briefly at the Huawei P30 Pro but, apart from the fact it costs a lot more, I didn't like that it only takes a proprietary memory card, not MicroSD. I should have my Reno 10x on Monday next week.

Once you get the bugs worked out of the Reno 10X its a pretty good phone. Granted mine is a Chinese ROM and not Global. The global ROM has less quirks and I contemplate buying one every now and then. But the Chinese ROM seems to get updates at an alarmingly frequent rate as compared to the Global ROM. I had the Asus Zenfone 6 and sold it. Its a decent phone but the camera wasnt as good as the Reno 10X and the screen wasnt as good either.
