man, hi, i have a problem, my flash tool flashes fast giving as message 'flash done 0s' my device is a redmi note 9 (merlin), what should i do?

The log is the detail of the flash and sometimes helps to find where the error is.
I've Redmi Note 9S.
unlocked the bootloader and installed EU Rom about 2 years ago.
time passed and my device seemed to be outdated.
I decided to give it a make up.
I already installed TWRP but upon it I flashed OrangeFox and took all the data backups and flashed the recent EU Rom.
After flashing I wiped the data and typed "yes"
After System Reboot Everything was there not data loss at all and I was running the recent EU Rom 13.
It felt a little jittery to me and as I already have the necessary data backup I wipe the data in recovery again to have a fresh start and boom I was lost somewhere.
In recovery only internal storage was not mounting now and my phone is stuck on MI logo.
any help....
I do my business on whatsapp and no response from the morning to customers.
I've read all this thread of 9 pages and I want to know if there is any workaround or should i go with miflashtools and flash this rom

Not wipe but format.(your data has been erased)
Use Mi Flash to recover the phone.
Twrp, use recovery roms not fastboot roms.

Maybe your rom was in A11 and you used TWRP A11 for an A12 rom version.

Got it recovery ROM that is flashed with a custom recovery...
that is exactly what I did.
The procedure is as follows:
Twrp/O.F
wipe,format data type yes reboot TWRP/O.F
flash rom.
I advise you to use Miflash, you go from A11 to A12 and the fastboot roms contain all the imgs unlike the recovery which is used to update or troubleshoot.

and everything is same.
mi logo is what I see nothing else.

What you did is not what I said.
You ask me how to use Miflash while this thread explains how to use Miflash, see the first post, there are even images to make it clearer.

I checked oem is unlocked in settings..
means its bootloader unlocked?
Should i flash magisk to root?
With you ticking the Clean all on Miflash?
If so your bootloader is still unlocked.
For root use Magisk.
