Will not work, as MiniCMSandwich is based on Android 4.0, but this is based on Android 2.3, different versions.

you can extract boot.img and flash it

Edit: I have a problem. When you wake up the smartphone, the brightness of the display always returns to a minimum. Why?

And tethering is not present in rom!
