Mini Pro not rebooting after flash operations

I was just wondering if other Mini Pro's got this too:

I get this for example when running DooMLoRD's ROOT script. After the finish the command line says something like:
"DONE. Device will reboot now..."

But mine never reboots at that point, it just stays shut down with green LED? (= Flashmode?)

(also had this when running 01-local-prop and 02-push-root-files)

It's not really an issue or anything, when I reboot manually everything is fine. But just wondering if other people got this too? Or if maybe I got some minor hardware issue or anything.

DooMLoRD's rooting method does restart the phone.
If phone was already in flashmode, then phone is restarted also into flashmode.
