I've tried the following edits for build.prop:
ro.hdmi.enable=true
ro.hdmi.mirror.enable=true
#property to enable user to access Google WFD settings
persist.debug.wfd.enable=1
persist.sys.wfd.appmonitoring=1
#property to choose between virtual/external wfd display
persist.sys.wfd.virtual=0
tunnel.audio.encode=true
Also tried editing /system/etc/wfdconfig.xml from:
<!-- enable HDCP by default -->
<ContentProtection>
<Valid>1</Valid>
To:
<!-- enable HDCP by default -->
<ContentProtection>
<Valid>0</Valid>
No luck. The device is certified (see attachment). Hopefully someone with more knowledge can look into this.
Took a break in this came back with no luck. Sent something to Razer support and never received a response. Came across something from another device about missing an audio lib in /system/lib/hw but haven't tried it or looked any further.
